After a sustained period of time exercising, adapting your plan to your improvements, you will experience a progression of exercises and intensity.
“CHALLENGE” JINFIT
Explore more complex exercises, challenges and create new goals. All plans are methodically evaluated to suit your enjoyment and new-found capabilities.
Adult Online Training
Enjoy programmed plans that you can complete in your own time. We use an online app to send you your plans, that include video demonstrations and text descriptions with each exercise so you can follow along easily. Moreover, you will receive the same support, nutrition and lifestyle advice as a JINFIT member.
JINFIT JUNIOR program
For boys and girls aged 14+, whether it’s to get the child moving more, to improve their physical attributes for their specific sport or anything in between. This online program is easy to follow and can be done at home or in a gym environment.
